My Take
The Astro 605ST is one of those tools you may not use every day, but when you're doing automotive sheet metal work, it's a huge time saver. I use it for two jobs: putting a flange along the edge of a panel and punching clean holes for plug welds.
For patch panels and other sheet metal repairs, it makes fitting and preparing panels much faster than doing everything by hand. The pneumatic operation is quick, the holes are consistent, and having both functions in one tool means there's less screwing around switching between tools.
It's simple, it works, and if you're doing any serious rust repair or restoration work, it's one of those tools that's worth having in the toolbox.
