Well folks. Final welding on the frame is completed. I've sand blasted the frame and swing arm. I decided to paint the triple trees. So I have sand blasted those parts too.
The upper tree has bosses for the gauge cluster & headlamp mount. What's going to happen here is the Bates headlamp will be mounted to the lower tree. And I won't be using the full gauge package. So I have cut off the bosses and reshaped the upper tree for a cleaner look.
I have ground all the welds and slag off the frame. And have started the moulding process.
