Set Back On The Build. When things happen and they are not in your control.

So we get the wiring complete. We check the lights, Horn etc. Everything looks good, turn the key and "zing", engine does nothing. What? Try it again...."Zing"....nothing. Ok either the starter is not engaging or there something very wrong. So I pull the primary cover off and everything looks right. Hit the key again and, you guested it "Zing". What's wrong with this picture, the ring gear turns, the clutch basket does not. They are supposed to be connected and turn as one. Not the case hear.

 What's worse the assembly is brand new. So it's fix it or ship it back and wait for a new one. I choose the later and spot welded the ring gear. Back together and back in business. Hit the key and "cranking engine noise" music to my ears.
