House of Kolor KD3000 Series DTS Primer

Prep the surface correctly, give it the proper mechanical tooth, and let the DTS system handle the chemical side. This is one of those products I use because I know what I'm getting.

I like that this primer gives me both excellent adhesion and versatility. It goes direct to properly prepared aluminum, and the built-in etching properties create the chemical bond I want along with the mechanical bond from sanding. It sprays well, builds nicely, and gives me a solid foundation I can trust under the rest of my paint system.

This is a professional 2K primer system, so it requires the proper catalyst and reducer depending on how you’re using it. Surface preparation still matters—clean and sand the substrate properly before application. Always follow House of Kolor’s mixing ratios, application instructions, flash times, and safety requirements.
