Hi folks, turned a corner yesterday with the priming of the coffin tank. I got the rear fender struts in primer too.
Jumped over to the engine/transmission project and got all the parts washed clean. Kind of like doing your dishes, but they are your Harley parts. Little easier to muster some motivation, considering I hate even emptying my dishwasher.
But anyway made a parts list and placed an order. We are going to freshin up the top end. Re-gasket the whole engine and deal with a bent shift shaft.
Next on the chopping block is going to be fenders front and rear. Maybe today.
